You should have received this reminder from Sarah earlier today - if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. If you have already submitted your preference for the graded option to Maureen in the Registrar's Office, do not worry about submitting it again.
Please note your deadline to exercise the option for a Spring Full Term/Term 2 grade is tomorrow, April 14. Contact the Registrar if you want to go graded; the default of course is pass/fail.
Summer Session Grading System
The Faculty met on Thursday and decided to return to our standard letter grading system for all summer session classes. The main reason for this decision was that classes are planned to be virtual before registration, as opposed to an unexpected mid-semester change. This approach is also consistent with the approach of most law schools that have summer programs. A pass/fail option will be available on a case-by-case basis if unforeseen circumstances arise after the summer session begins related to COVID-19 (or other emergency circumstances). If such circumstances arise, please contact Dean McCormack, Dean Jefferson or Dean Lewis.
