Sarah Reiter to Head Online Learning
It is my distinct pleasure to announce that Sarah Reiter, currently the Associate Director of Career Services at VLS, has accepted the position of Faculty Director of Online Learning and Assistant Professor. Both the faculty and staff enthusiastically supported Sarah for this new and important role. Sarah will take up these duties immediately, but she will also continue to meet with her advisees as feasible. And of course, the rest of the Career Services Team is always available to support students as well.
Sarah received her B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master’s from the College of Charleston, and a J.D. from Vermont Law School. After graduating from VLS she worked in policy positions at Stanford University and at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. She currently teaches online and residentially in our summer program. Sarah brings a wealth of experience managing large teams and negotiating complex natural resource policy issues. Our online program will benefit greatly from her addition to the team.
Please join me in congratulating Sarah and wishing her the best in her new role.
