Hello Students,

As you complete your last finals and prepare for the holiday season, we wanted to let you know that Spring 2019 tuition charges are available on Campus Web only.

For the Spring 2019 semester, tuition and fees have been applied to accounts as “preliminary” charges; not actual charges.  Actual charges will be applied to student accounts when Vermont Law School opens in January.  By doing preliminary charges, it allows us to make any necessary adjustments to your account without making multiple entries on your account.

Financial aid for the Spring 2019 semester has also been applied as preliminary aid.  If you don’t see any preliminary aid, but are expecting aid, please be in touch with the Financial Aid office (finaid@verlmontlaw.edu).

Because your tuition, fees and financial aid have been applied as preliminary charges – the online payment sit (CASHNET) will not show a balance due.  You will only be able to see your balance due by generating your course and fee statement.

How can you pay your Spring 2019 tuition?

CASHNET WILL NOT SHOW A BALANCE DUE

If you have read the above notice and still wish to make an online payment prior to 1/1/2019 you will need to log into Campus Web and generate a course and fee statement:

Once you have generated your statement, which should show an estimated balance due, you will now need to log into the Cashnet and generate a course and fee statement:

Once you have logged into : https://campusweb.vermontlaw.edu/ICS/:

·         Click on the Business Office in the blue ribbon along the top of the page.

·         On the Welcome page of the Business Office, click on “My Billing Info” on the left side of the window

·         On the My Billing Info page, please see the link on the right side of the window “Course and Fee Statement”.

Once you have generated your statement, which should show an estimated balance due, you will now need to log into the Cashnet online payment site.

Once you are logged into the Cashnet online payment site; click on the view details in the orange banner.

This should take you to the page with a box that allows you to enter a payment amount. (If you do not see the box to enter a manual payment-please try the other view details link on your Cashnet Home page).

Be sure to enter the amount due from your Course and Fee statement previously generated.

 Want to mail a check?

Please make it payable to Vermont Law School and send it to:

 Vermont Law School

Attn: Student Accounts

PO Box 96

South Royalton, VT 05068

Tuition, not covered by financial aid, is due by January 7, 2019.

Is someone else paying your tuition? Please be sure to either forward this email to them or pass along the Course and fee statement you generated.  If you requested third party billing, we are sending those out soon.

Vermont Law School will be closed for Winter Break from 12/22/2018 until 1/2/2019.

As always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
