Hello, Everyone!
I do hope that you are able to access your classes, maintain your responsibilities, and keep a sense of normalcy around your world this week.
I have to remind everyone that the deadline to drop your Fall Term 2 class and not have a record of it on your transcripts and be eligible for 100% tuition reimbursement is this Friday: I do encourage you to be in communication with me (if you are an online student) or your advisor (if you are cross-registered), to discuss program completion plans regardless! After this week, there will be a record of the class on your transcript and the tuition reimbursement drops by 20% each following week.
You likely saw the announcement from the office of the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Diversity regarding the updated Handbook – please familiarize yourself with that information. It is crucial to the understanding of your program requirements, academic regulations, and student expectations. I will remind you again that each of us is held to the Code of Conduct expressed therein, and should anyone observe a violation, or something that might be a violation, of that Code of Conduct, to bring it to your professor, your advisor, myself, any of our Online Program Team, The Associate Dean, or other Administrator.
Lastly, with the state of the nation, upcoming national election, other various stressors depending on whether fires, storms, or unrest are knocking at our doorsteps, please know that the school has resources for all of you to use. Everything from Mental Health Counseling to Academic Success Programs, from Library access to Career Services. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your inquiries and trust that we will do our best to support you how we can.
