Badge Overview
This badge contains 7 modules
At its heart, RJ facilitation is about creating space for storytelling. RJ facilitators ask people to share their own personal stories and experiences with honesty and vulnerability. They ask each person present to listen with an open mind and open heart, recognizing that each person’s perspective is valid. To do this, facilitators model several skills and techniques, including relating to each participant with curiosity and compassion, and staying away from judgment or advice. This badge introduces the practice of restorative justice facilitation.
